We can often produce cups faster than this time line but it is on a case by case basis and may require a rush fee. Just ask! We do miracles every day!
Regular Economy shipping is First Class USPS mail.
Please upgrade to GROUND UPS or FEDEX shiping if you need them sooner.
If you feel that you are "cutting it close" with your order, please let us know your event date so we can make sure your cups can get to your big soiree on time!
Since these goods are custom we do not allow returns. If there is a quality problem we offer replacement or refund after the package has been returned.
